I am a stay-at-home mother trying to get back into teaching/tutoring which I have always enjoyed.

I am a qualified (M.A. – English and B.Ed. from the University of Calcutta–India; USA equivalence evaluated as: B.A. – English and B.Sc. – Education), trained and experienced teacher with a total experience of over 4 years now. I am willing to tutor students from Kindergarten up to Middle school. I can tutor English Language Arts, Reading, Writing, Mathematics (up to Algebra-1) and also ESL to learners of any level/age.

I have had experience of teaching in schools in London–UK, Calcutta–India and Orlando–USA (having worked in US as a substitute teacher) and of working with children of various age-groups.

Hard work and excellent interpersonal skill are some of my qualities that have always helped me to take up higher responsibilities in my profession. Being caring, reliable, understanding and self-assured with experience of working in teams effectively – have also helped me to offer my best to the noble profession of teaching.
