Travel compay to BLR/MAA in Lufthansa

Hi, 

My Mom will be travelling alone to India in December in 
Lufthansa. From MSP to chicago - Frankfurt - Bangalore. If 
anybody is travelling in December either to Bangalore or Chennai 
and can help her with terminals and filling forms, please call 
me.
