Hi, I am a Male IT professional looking for a roommate in 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Elevate Apartments, downtown. One person is already in the other room. He is moving out end of the next month. He might be staying another 2 months until his family comes from India. I have very huge living area is available to accommodate a roommate.
Currently rent is $1830 and all utilities(Internet + Electricity + Insurance) it will comes around $200. So it will be around $700/person. Available to move in immediately.
I have a twin size matress to use. Looking for a clean and respectful roommate.
