About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a welcoming manner

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Maintain front desk area and ensure it is tidy and presentable

  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

  • Support other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software

  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
